公差/Tolerance

　　有關(guān)滾動軸承主要尺寸的公差，公差值及旋轉(zhuǎn)精度，在GB及ISO標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中均有所規(guī)規(guī)定。軸承精度等級除普通精度PO級之外，有P6，P5，P4級，精度等級依次提高。這些精度均按ISO規(guī)格。表1，2列我公司生產(chǎn)PO級陶瓷軸承及不銹鋼軸承（不包括塑料軸承）相應(yīng)公差及公差值，有關(guān)P6，P5，P4級公差請與本公司聯(lián)系。
　 塑料軸承因加工精度及本身尺寸穩(wěn)定性限制（熱膨脹系數(shù)遠(yuǎn)大于陶瓷及金屬及金屬材質(zhì)）那低于PO及公差生產(chǎn)。表3列出我公司聲廠的塑料軸承相應(yīng)的公差值。
